We are studio MANA, founded by architects Brett Mahon and Ramya Nandyala. Studio MANA is a multi-disciplinary architecture and design studio that believes in offering practical design solutions while striving for beauty and sustainability through context. We work at all scales of architecture and interior design providing a professional and personal service. Our studio is based out of Hyderabad (India) where we work with clients throughout Europe and Asia.
We are passionate about all aspects of the design industry and are currently working on bespoke product solutions with three independent companies in Finland and India, Innogreen, Vivaret and BramWoodcrafting Studio.
Ramya Nandyala is a COA registered architect and a designer who explores themes of sustainability and crafts throughout her work. She completed her masters in Architecture Design & History at Politecnico of Milan where she focused on the future development of historically and politically charged urban centres. She has experience working on a wide range of projects including the designing of installations, interiors, independent residences, hospitality, health-care and educational spaces. Ramya other interests lie in textiles and fashion where she owns a clothing line called 'Ambaram'.
Brett Mahon is a RIBA registered architect who has worked in London and Dublin for awarding winning practices ALWA and RCKa. He Studied at Queens University Belfast where he was awarded a distinction in his Masters of which he spent a year studying under Stephen Bates and Bruno Krucker at TUM Munich. He has also been involved in running workshops and built installations all around Europe and India, the most notable being the completion of Level-Up in Croatia which was named Dezeens Top 10 pavilions of 2020. As a designer, he has been exhibited at various exhibitions including the Royal Ulster Academy.
